How to earn points

To see all your shared and private documents in a unearned revenue list, click the Documents tab. Resolving sign in problems when signing into My Account

If you have a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, you are eligible to participate in the ProAdvisor Program. Click on the ProAdvisor tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant to access your tier, benefits, training and certification and much more. As a ProAdvisor, you have the option to customize and publish a profile on our Find-a-ProAdvisor website. Setting up and publishing a profile allows you to market yourself to small businesses who are looking for a QuickBooks expert in their area. When you have questions or need assistance with a task in QuickBooks Accountant Online (or Quickbooks Online), click the Help menu.
